Michael Orseno
Acuet RCM - Founder & CEO
Michael Orseno is a nationally recognized leader in healthcare revenue cycle management with more than 25 years of experience optimizing ASC and medical practice business offices through automation, analytics, and operational excellence.
As the founder of Acuet RCM, he provides a customized, data-driven model that enhances financial outcomes and streamlines every stage of the revenue cycle. A respected thought leader in the ASC space, Michael frequently speaks at national healthcare conferences and has published extensively on automation, analytics, and RCM strategy.
Prior to founding Acuet, he established Regent RCM, an independent division of Regent Surgical Health, and served as Revenue Cycle Administrator for the Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroresearch. He holds an M.S. in Health Systems Management from Rush University Medical Center and a B.A. in Public Administration from Augustana College.

Pacific Medical Revenue is a national Lirm specializing in professional and anesthesia billing, coding, and consulting. Led by CEO Ethne Nance, the company partners with physician groups across the country to deliver accurate, transparent, and compliant billing solutions that strengthen financial outcomes without disrupting clinical workflows.
With more than two decades of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, payer contracting, and physician reimbursement strategy, Ethne is recognized for her deep expertise in anesthesia and procedural specialties. Her team’s focus on precision coding, provider education, and payer accountability ensures sustainable financial performance for practices of all sizes.
Ethne also serves on the American College of Cardiology Legislative Advisory Workgroup, contributing to national discussions on payment reform and policy initiatives that advance physician-led care models.
Elodia Flores
R&E Credentialing Healthcare Providers – Founder & President
With more than 30 years of healthcare experience across hospital and ASC settings, Elodia Flores is a nationally respected expert in credentialing, privileging, and accreditation. She held her Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC) certification from 2006 to 2015 and successfully developed two new ASCs, serving simultaneously as Administrator, Business Office Manager, and Director of Nursing.
As Founder and President of R&E Credentialing Healthcare Providers, LLC, Elodia provides nationwide services for ASC and hospital clients, including credentialing, privileging, accreditation guidance, and CMS mock surveys. Her clients span Texas, California, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, New York, and Pennsylvania. Elodia also mentors new ASC administrators and directors of nursing, helping them achieve CASC certification and advance leadership excellence in ambulatory surgery operations.
Susan Neorr
Aegis Managed Care Consulting – Owner and Principal Consultant
Susan Neorr specializes in contract negotiations between independent ASCs and national and regional managed care plans, with the goal of ensuring that patients have in-network access to the highest-quality providers and that surgeon owners receive market-competitive reimbursement for their facilities. With 25 years of experience as a managed care consultant, Susan has successfully contracted over 100 physician-majority-owned ASCs with targeted health plans. She believes that ASCs are the optimal site-of-service, and that independent, prosperous physicians are the true and best providers of surgical care.
In 2000, Susan concluded her corporate career at the fastest-growing HMO insurance plan in the nation, and started representing independent physician groups and ASCs seeking network participation and improved reimbursement from health insurance plans. Her focus is on maximizing ASC reimbursement through strategic rate negotiations while seeking the earliest in-network effective dates possible. She has decades of experience with orthopedic and spine bundles, spinal cord stimulators, corneal transplants, and other high-cost and device-intensive procedures. She has represented single and multi-specialty ASCs all over the nation and has especially strong relationships with health plan contractors in Texas.
Susan has a degree in Economics from the University of North Texas and a MBA from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
Dawn Pfeiffer, RN, CASC, CAIP
Triangles Healthcare Consulting - Founder & CEO
Dawn Pfeiffer is a seasoned healthcare professional and registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in clinical practice, operations, and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) development. As the founder and CEO of Triangles Healthcare Consulting, established in 2017, Dawn partners with clients nationwide to provide strategic guidance in ASC operations, compliance, and development — from concept and design through accreditation and ongoing management.
Dawn began her nursing career in 1995, building a diverse foundation across acute care and outpatient services. Over the past two decades, her focus has been dedicated to ASC operations and development. She has a proven track record as an ASC Administrator and consultant, successfully leading projects involving business office management, financial performance, and clinical efficiency.
