You will meet with one of our consortium specialists who identi=ies which expert or combination of partners best =its your goals. There is no fee or commitment for this initial consultation.

Once your needs are de=ined, we connect you directly with the appropriate consortium partners. Each partner operates independently under a fee for service model no equity, no ownership, and no hidden costs. You choose which vendors to engage, how long to engage them, and at what level of support. Our role is to ensure that every introduction leads to measurable success and that your ASC retains full operational freedom.

Throughout the process, you remain in control. The ASC Consortium does not own, manage, or take any =inancial stake in your facility. Instead, we act as a collaborative resource that empowers you to access trusted, proven experts when you need them.
